David Strah Practice Description
I have helped clients decrease and overcome anxiety, depression, substance use, codependency, coming out, sexual identity, gender dysphoria and gender transitioning, and improve their relationships with romantic partners, family members and co-workers. Together, we can look at your life's story and rewrite your narrative to increase your sense of self-confidence, happiness, love and joy in your life. I have a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles with a specialization in LGBT Affirmative Therapy. This means I am educated and sensitive to the stressors and issues unique to our community. I am also the author of Gay Dads: A Celebration of Fatherhood. In addition, I have a masters degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. This gives me the tools to to help you answer questions such as "Who am I?
