Do you struggle feeling connected or satisfied by your partners or self? Do you want to feel a greater connection? Have you felt shame about your sex life or desires? There are many factors that can impact intimacy and sex with ourselves and others - uncertainty, emotional or physical connectedness, fear, communication, knowledge, or trauma. I work to provide a safe and supportive space for you to process, learn, heal, and take steps to feel empowered and secure.
I have supported hundreds of couples navigating sex therapy over the past 15+ years and look forward to helping you get your relationship where you want it to be. Poor communication? Broken trust? Endless arguments? I look forward to hearing from you.
I help individuals, couples, and triads, address sexual concerns and enhance their intimate lives. By integrating evidence-based techniques, including aspects of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I create a safe space for exploring and resolving issues such as desire discrepancies, sexual dysfunction, and intimacy challenges. My goal is to help you build a deeper connection, improve communication, and foster a satisfying and healthy sexual relationship. Whether you're facing specific sexual issues or seeking to enrich your intimacy, I am here to support you on your journey to a more fulfilling sex life.
I have lived in San Francisco for almost 15 years and I have been blessed to learn and grow in the spectacular diversity of sexulaity represented in the Bay Area. I am sex positive as well as trauma-informed. I hold no judgement toward any consensual sexual barriers or corners.
We take you through the biochemistry of sex and we help you understand sexuality and relationships on the biochemical level. This helps us to frame whatever problems your dealing with around sex constructively so that you can get the help you need and experience the intimacy you desire.
My experience with sex therapy is this: for most of us, communication is at the core of the major issues. I certainly do look at the biological issues too, but those are actually uncommon. I also work with sexually kinky people that are being marginalized or simply need a venue to talk about something that some people might judge or disagree with. As long as your sexuality is safe, sane and consensual, I can support you, no matter how far "out there" you think you might be.

While not a Clinical Sexologist myself. I provide couples with advanced communication skills to work out their differences ( such as parenting, financial and sexual) in safe conversations : first in my office and then as homework outside in their own home.
