I specialize in working with young-adult and middle-aged men struggling with anxiety and depressive symptoms related to past, present, and future stressors, or events. I left the managed care industry after six years to pursue a full-time career in mental health counseling. My pursuit in growing my practice has fulfilled my lifelong desire to help others.
