I enjoy helping clients create narratives that fit, identifying strengths they did not realize they have, and often making meaning where there was once a sense of hopelessness. My clients have consistently reported increased engagement with life, noticeable rewards from their growth and a stronger sense of identity throughout their work with me. Although therapy takes work, it can also involve laughter and a sense that you are absolutely headed in the right direction.
