Hello, my name is Tiffany, and I am the Lead Psychologist/Founder of Calgary Mental Health & Wellness Centre. I bring over 15 years of experience in supporting children, teens and adults in various community, non-profit and school-based settings.
I am a Métis Registered Psychologist in Alberta. I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and completed my internship with Calgary Counselling Centre. I supported individuals of all ages from all walks of life as they navigated life's difficulties.
I identify myself as a relationship-based therapist and therefore I hold the connection between therapist and client in high regard. I strive to create a supportive and understanding relationship with every client, and thus create a safe space filled with empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard.
