We listen, understand and work in partnership with the clients to re-establish new meaning, identity, roles, and lifestyles following the loss. We use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to assist in transitioning from the stage of grief towards an improved emotional wellbeing.
