I spent more than 20 years in the corporate world where I suffered from anxiety and stress, so much so that I normalized it. I lived on the hamster wheel of 'get up and go' where I adapted the 'hustle and grind' culture, which then defined the person I became. It started to take its tole on my decisions at work, my career, my relationships with my peers and eventually my health.
At my practice, I work with corporations, leaders and individuals where we address stress and anxiety by understanding the underlying causes and clarifying the science of the trauma and the stress response.
