We are a holistic psychotherapy group practice led by Sadie Miller-Daley, LMHC, EMDR therapist. We are trauma informed, and believe in treating the whole person.
In addition to individual counseling, we offer different groups throughout the year. A lot of these groups are included to current weekly clients of the practice. The rest are discounted to clients.
We are starting two groups the first week of October: DBT Support Group for Teens and Open Adult Support Group.
