Sproutingroots Mental Health Counseling

We are a fully Telehealth practice and are able to help clients throughout New York state. We are a holistic psychotherapy group practice led by Sadie Miller-Daley, LMHC, EMDR therapist. We are trauma informed, and believe in treating the whole person. In addition to individual counseling, we offer different groups throughout the year. A lot of these groups are included to current weekly clients of the practice. The rest are discounted to clients. We are starting two groups the first week of October: DBT Support Group for Teens and Open Adult Support Group. Sadie will be hosting a networking event once a month for providers for free on Zoom. She will be talking about our practice, what we offer, and answer any questions you may have. The next one is October 12th at 12:00 pm EST. We are able to offer generous sliding scale rates from as low as $90 a session for EMDR or regular counseling sessions. We also have opportunities to work with Mental Health Counseling interns for $45 a session for clients who meet criteria. (weekly clients get access to some of our groups including the Wellness Mondays Group for free). Additionally, we are in network with Cigna insurance at this time.
