Suicide is an unfortunate reality that many people have some sort of connection with either because they have faced suicidal thoughts, or they know someone who committed suicide. People with suicidal thoughts (the idea of killing themselves) typically feel like suicide is the only choice. Those people might feel desperation, an overwhelming, constant emotional pain, and a belief that their life has no worth. It is a hard reality to face as suicidal ideation can be caused by a multitude of factors ranging from genetic to environmental factors.
