My approach to therapy is to understand that you are the expert of your own life and you deserve an individualized treatment plan based on your unique needs, experiences, strengths and goals. There is no-one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and as such, we will work together to understand what is needed in our space together to best support you. Together, we will work to establish goals, build resiliency and self-compassion, and identify effective coping skills and self-care tools.
I offer support to adolescents (13+) and adults experiencing issues related to anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, life transitions and self-esteem.
I would be honoured to be part of your therapy journey and I look forward to creating a safe space with you where you are offered the compassion and validation needed for processing, healing and growth.
