Overly emotional...too soft for your own good...do these judgements sound so familiar? If yes, you have found your tribe! I am passionate about working with individuals whose unique personality traits characterize them as highly sensitive. My clients are highly intuitive and experience life and emotions profoundly. And many of my clients, despite their best effort, find themselves stuck and struggling with ineffective coping patterns to help manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. I strive to help clients reestablish a flexible and compassionate connection with their inner-most voice while developing skills to weather even the most volatile emotional storm - empowering clients to reclaim the rich and meaningful life they want.

Approach Description: I take a down-to-earth approach to therapy. I use metaphors that are layered with a quirky mix of humour. Therapy with me is similar to a conversation with a sincere friend. I believe in the balancing effect of genuine connections. I strive to hold a kind and supportive space where clients can feel safe taking a reflective journey inward, becoming reacquainted with their inner strength, mindfully leaning into discomfort and curiously letting go of what no longer serves them, freeing them to live the life they want. I take a mindful acceptance, compassion-focused perspective. I aim to provide a connected presence for clients to flourish and heal.
