I am a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, and I have spent the last 12 years working in community CAMHS teams, the charity sector and in private practice. I completed my Masters degree in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology at University College London and the Anna Freud Centre, where I conducted research into the experiences in therapy of adolescents presenting with gender dysphoria. Following this, I completed my 4-year clinical training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Centre in London, an internationally renowned centre for excellence in child mental health training and research.
I am a child and adolescent psychotherapist with more than 13 years experience working in the NHS, CAMHS teams and private sector. I offer brief, medium and long term psychotherapy for children and adolescents, and also support to parents and carers. I have experience treating adolescents with depression, psychotherapy for care experienced children and university students. I also offer psychotherapy for children who have a diagnosis of autism and ADHD who suffer from emotional difficulties.

My own journey through life has brought me to this point where I am able to use my life experience and professional training to help others who suffer with a range of conditions from addiction & eating disorders to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress and other issues. I have a holistic view of mental health and wellbeing. I work collaboratively with my clients using both counselling and coaching skills to help promote positive, lasting change.
