Whether it be depression, anxiety, disordered eating, low self-worth, or anything else in between, being stuck in the cycle of "not good enough" can make anyone feel unsafe and unassured in their future. Through an anti-oppressive and healing-centered lens, I emphasize the importance of a supportive, open, and warm therapeutic space. In using compassion, warmth, and non-judgment, I believe in a collective-modality approach-- a blend of IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Mindful Self-Compassion, and EFT--to help you achieve your specific therapeutic goals. While I work with a range of issues (like Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD), my area of expertise is in Eating Disorders/ Disordered Eating.
