All of these methods support our work and are teletherapy friendly. All of them support both individual and relationship therapy (even your relationship with all ages of your SELF!) I use an approach that helps people to rather quickly recognize how their "stuck challenges" and defenses have been "safety maneuvers" for perhaps their whole lives. How enlightening and empowering!
