At Bright Start Bright Future Counselling Centre, I specialize in helping individuals enhance their self-esteem and confidence. Low self-esteem can profoundly affect one's life and choices. My therapy sessions are focused on building self-esteem through positive self-recognition, cognitive restructuring, and assertiveness training. Clients learn to challenge self-critical thoughts, recognize their strengths, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
