Prior to our first session, you will receive a few intake forms to complete, as well as detailed instructions on how the set up for the video session, as well as an explanation of what to expect with Teletherapy.
I know that seeking help can be a very difficult & scary first step, but dont worry I will be here to help you every step of the way. Together we will navigate through all of the obstacles that are preventing you from living your best life. We will address the issues that are causing you pain and distress, & we will work on getting you to a place where you can live the life you have always wanted to!
I am a Licensed clinician, with background experience in working with a wide variety of individuals, all struggling with different life obstacles, unresolved issues, and barriers that are preventing them from living their best life. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance dependence, PTSD, grief, trauma, relationship issues, marital issues, self esteem issues, parenting issues etc. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative one; one where I walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and healing. I offer a supportive, compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere, providing you with a safe space to openly work on and address the barriers that are causing you distress, pain, and suffering. I use various therapeutic techniques and interventions that are specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.
