I have been a therapist with 29 years experience. I feel that I am "seasoned" and not old. Never feel that any issue is too small or not relevant, if it is bothering you, it is something we can process together. I listen to what is happening and together we can work together to process and be able to move forward. We can navigate life's challenges together, and find alternate ways of handling these issues. Communication is key in any relationship and even in your individual life. If you are shy, we will work slowly as long as we get there talking. My favorite saying is "Trust the process" one day at a time, as we work together.
