You may start to question yourself and think, Am I ever going to figure this out? Will I ever be satisfied with my love life? What am I doing wrong? When you long to feel secure but often find yourself filled with self-doubt and feeling “not good enough”, it can be draining and isolating. I specialize in helping women struggling with dating and relationship challenges, low self-worth, and/or anxiety to tap into their strengths and thrive. An important component of our work together is supporting you in building tools to improve your relationship with yourself so that you can feel confident about dating and the future of your relationships.
