Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: My goal in treatment is to help your child build the coping skills they need to manage strong emotions and thrive. I work with children to develop self-regulation strategies, understand social-emotional concepts, and improve executive functioning skills. With extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, I offer specialized support for those struggling with anxiety.
Additionally, as a certified perinatal mental health provider, I’m here to support women navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, or trying to conceive. I’m passionate about walking alongside women through the often difficult yet deeply rewarding journey of becoming a new parent, offering the care and understanding they need during this transformative time.

Childhood is a journey filled with curiosity, growth, and discovery, from the early days of infancy to the challenges of adolescence. This is where my passion lies—supporting and empowering young minds as they navigate these crucial stages.
I’ve always been deeply moved by the resilience and potential within every child. Through my work, I’ve come to understand the unique hurdles that kids face as they grow, and I’m committed to offering care that truly respects each child’s individuality. Whether it’s helping a child form early attachments or guiding a teenager through the ups and downs of identity, I focus on providing compassionate, evidence-based support.
In my practice, I take a holistic approach, recognizing that a child’s mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected. By using methods like play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and family systems approaches, I create a safe space where children can feel understood, express themselves freely, and heal from their challenges.
Ultimately, my goal is to help children reach their full potential. I’m here to walk alongside them and their families, offering guidance, empathy, and the tools they need to thrive as they grow into their future selves.
