I'm so glad that you're here! My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in helping clients feel safe, understood and empowered. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported in exploring both their strengths and their struggles and I strive to create a space where clients can do just that. I especially enjoy working with young adults as they navigate the uncertainty and possibility of transitional seasons—clarifying values, managing anxiety, and building a sense of identity and confidence. I also enjoy supporting brides as they prepare for their wedding day, helping them feel grounded, confident, and emotionally present during a time that can bring both excitement and stress. I find deep fulfillment in working with mothers and fathers who want to feel more connected—to their children and to themselves—while balancing the demands of parenthood. In addition, I work with men and women seeking to feel more secure in who they are, often by gently processing past experiences or trauma that continue to shape their present relationships and self-worth. Across all my work, I aim to meet clients where they are, honor their lived experiences, and help them move toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and meaningful connection.
I truly look forward to connecting with you!

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
