If you find yourself overthinking conversations, feeling anxious in your relationships, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite break, you’re not alone. Many clients I work with care deeply about others but struggle to feel secure within themselves.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, codependent dynamics, and coping habits that no longer feel aligned. Together, we gently explore what’s underneath these patterns while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in both skill-building and meaningful reflection.
As a Master’s-Level Counseling Intern completing my graduate training in Behavioral Health Psychology, I provide services under clinical supervision and am committed to thoughtful, ethical, and accessible care. If you’re ready for a space to slow down and feel supported, I’d be honored to connect.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: My approach blends practical skill-building with meaningful reflection. I use CBT and DBT-informed strategies to help clients better understand anxious thoughts and regulate intense emotions, while also incorporating attachment-focused and trauma informed work to explore how past experiences shape current relationship patterns.
