In-Person in Troy, MI 48083
We are dedicated to providing trauma treatment to adults in ways that have never been offered in Michigan before. If outpatient is not quite enough but hospitalization is not the right fit either, our Rose program might be the perfect fit for you. We offer a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program specifically for individuals with trauma. Say goodbye to a general partial day program and hello to the Rose program, specialized trauma treatment.
Our unique approach to treating trauma is focused on getting to the R.O.O.T.S (Reclaiming Our Own Trauma Stories), derived from a psychodynamic framework. Our evidenced-based curriculum has been carefully designed and selected to provide specialized trauma care and to treat related diagnoses while allowing flexibility to tailor the program for your individuals needs. Using the traditional frameworks mixed with a modernized touch, the Rose Program offers comprehensive programming for trauma treatment. Check out our website for more on our curriculum and how we can accomplish your goals.
Our trauma care professionals are passionate about helping you meet your goals and are passionate about filling the gap in trauma treatment. We invite you to get to the R.O.O.T.S of your trauma and get back to the life you love. We look forward to hearing from you!

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Dance / Movement Therapy Uses movement and body awareness to express emotions and improve mental health. It can increase confidence, reduce stress, and support healing.
- Drama Therapy Uses role-play, storytelling, and theater techniques to explore problems and emotions. It helps people practice new ways of relating to others.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
