MN Couples & Family Therapy Practice Description
I am a marriage & family therapy specialist working with the entire relationship spectrum from pre-marital/relationship counseling, marriage therapy, parenting coaching, family therapy, Discernment Counseling to divorce counseling/coaching. LGBTQ+ welcomed. I am also an ADHD-certified clinical services provider and work with couples where ADHD is present in one or both partners. I provide individual ADHD coaching as well. I am a certified discernment counseling provider, certified wellness coach and certified in simplied EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique/tapping). I am not "marriage neutral" and I prefer to be able to help couples create mutually satisfying relationships wherever possible. For those struggling to determine if they have the energy or will to keep working on the relationship, I am a certified discernment counseling provider. Those for whom it may not be possible to maintain the relationship, I will help work through the divorce/uncoupling process in as positive a way as possible. I see a lot of couples where ADHD is playing a role in the challenges & I am a certified clinical services provider for ADHD. In addition to my therapy background, I have significant training in additional modalities including being a certified wellness coach. I am certified in simplified EFT/tapping.
