I approach therapy with warmth, flexibility, and with deep respect for your lived experiences. In therapy, I aim to work with clients collaboratively towards individualized goals. In our first few sessions I'll ask a lot of questions - not just to understand what is going on, but to also build a relationship where you feel seen, safe and supported. Seeking out support can be overwhelming, especially if you have had negative experiences in the past. I try to take an individualized approach that honors your strengths, story, and needs.

- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.

Approach Description: I approach all that I work with on an individualized basis. While I work from a variety of clinician orientations and theory; I find it most effective to tailor the specific techniques based on each person. I work collaboratively with all of my clients, and want them to be in the drivers seat of treatment.

Here within my practice, I specialize in working with young adults navigating life transitions, trauma, relationships and sexuality, gender exploration, self-harming behaviors, over intellectualizers and children of emotionally immature or abusive parents. I am also specialized in working with those in the LGBTQIA2+, kink communities and polyamorous relationships. As a sexual development educator, I take a positive stance on sex, sexuality, and sexual interests. My typical clients are often insightful, thoughtful people who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
As a neurodivergent clinician, and someone who has been on the client side of therapy, I bring both clinical experience and lived experience into the room. I offer client-led care that makes space for complexity, curiosity, nuance and authenticity. The world isn't simple, and healing isn't linear; and you do not have to face it on your own.
