I’m a queer, non-binary psychologist committed to providing inclusive, identity-affirming care for LGBTQIAA+ and BIPOC communities. I became a therapist to support individuals like myself—people navigating complex identities in a world that doesn’t always make space for them—and because I witnessed loved ones struggle to access the mental health support they deserved.
Therapy with me is a space to be seen and heard fully—where you can rewrite harmful narratives, reclaim your truth, and move toward healing on your own terms.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is collaborative, identity-affirming, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationships—especially ones built on trust, respect, and authenticity. I center each client’s lived experience and honor the impact of culture, identity, and systemic oppression in the therapy space. My goal is to create a safe space for those I work with to be authentically themselves.
I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with person-centered, narrative, feminist, and intersectional frameworks. This means I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach—therapy with me is tailored to fit your values, your strengths, and your goals.
As a queer, non-binary therapist, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into the room. I offer gender-affirming, trauma-informed care where all parts of you are welcome. Whether we’re unpacking internalized messages, navigating identity exploration, or working through life transitions, I strive to create a space where you feel empowered to define healing on your own terms.
