I provide online therapy centered on personal growth and fulfillment. Recognizing that life's difficulties often prompt the search for a therapist, our work will address these immediate concerns while exploring the broader path to a meaningful life, uniquely defined by you. My approach integrates relational psychoanalysis, integral philosophy, and Eastern wisdom traditions, emphasizing mindfulness and compassion. Approach Description: My therapy practice is an integration of approaches from western and eastern worldviews sometimes described as integral psychology. The meeting format is a conversation. Talking about life in a directed inquiry informed by the wisdom traditions of psychoanalysis and supported by the mindfulness teachings. In both traditions compassion and empathy facilitate an enrichment of the listening space. I strive to proceed with curiosity supported by intellectual integrity and philosophical rigor to provide interventions that support healthy development. My therapy space aims to be feminist bringing awareness to the dynamics that inform social and cultural power in relationships at the intersection of our multiple identities. All communication in my practice is treated with respect acknowledging the vulnerability of people seeking to communicate about the their life experience in an intimate professional relationship.
