There is a saying that "we are hurt in relationships and we heal in relationships" and that is my focus: to offer you a therapeutic relationship where you don't feel alone and where you get to trust that support is available and reliable.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Treatment Approach
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: My approach is deeply client-centred. I don’t see myself as an expert who knows better than you or has the answers about your life. Instead, I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. From my experience, feeling seen and validated in this way is what helps people build confidence, self-trust, and self-esteem.
I may sometimes notice things about you that are hard for you to see on your own, but we approach these gently and together, with curiosity and collaboration. I work in an integrative way, paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, and bodily experience, as well as to what unfolds between us in our relationship, alongside what is happening internally for you.

I work with people who attend counseling and therapy for a wide variety of reasons. I aim to offer a non-judgemental space where you can safely explore what is going on for you while also supporting those parts of you that are hurting, confused, struggling and in need of attention.
