supporting deep psychological and emotional growth. This method helps individuals reconnect with their innate capacity to self-regulate, release stored stress, and restore a sense of safety and vitality in both body and mind. I trained directly through the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute, founded by Dr. Peter Levine, whose pioneering work has profoundly reshaped how we understand the relationship between the nervous system, the body, and emotional well-being.
This isn’t talk therapy alone - it’s an experiential process of learning to listen to the wisdom your body holds. Through cultivating awareness of subtle sensations, impulses, and patterns of tension, we can begin to unravel the ways trauma is stored in the body and open space for resilience and wholeness to emerge. It’s about slowing down, tracking what’s happening inside, and allowing your system to complete what was once overwhelming or unfinished.
In addition to SE, I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy for clients seeking deeper access to their inner healing intelligence. This unique and evidence-based modality can create profound opportunities for insight, emotional release, and transformation - often catalyzing breakthroughs that might otherwise take years in traditional therapy. When combined with an embodied approach like SE, ketamine therapy can support lasting integration, helping clients translate expanded states of awareness into grounded, sustainable change.

Treatment Approach
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.

My practice is intentionally designed for women who are ready to engage in meaningful, transformative inner work.
Navigating major life transitions: Whether you’re moving through the grief and rediscovery that follows divorce, navigating a career shift, redefining your identity, or embracing the profound transformation of motherhood, this is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity amidst change.
Exploring identity later in life: I have a deep passion for supporting women who are uncovering or embracing aspects of their authentic selves - particularly those exploring LGBTQ+ identity in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. It’s never too late to step into who you truly are, and therapy can offer a safe and affirming space for that unfolding.
Committed to deep growth: My clients come to therapy not only to alleviate symptoms, but to engage in the deeper work of psychological and spiritual transformation. This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you - it’s about reclaiming what’s always been whole, wise, and alive within you.
Ready to invest in themselves: My practice operates on a cash-pay basis, which reflects both the value and the depth of the work we do together. The women I work with are genuinely invested in their healing journey and ready to prioritize their growth as a profound act of self-respect.
My Philosophy: I believe therapy should be sacred work - not rushed, not transactional, but deeply honoring of your unique path. Healing unfolds in its own rhythm, and my role is to create a grounded, compassionate space where that unfolding can happen naturally.
That’s why I chose to stop accepting insurance. Doing so allows me to work outside the constraints of diagnosis codes and treatment limits, and to focus entirely on you - your story, your pace, your healing.
At the same time, I offer a sliding scale because I believe transformational therapy should be accessible to women in different seasons of life. What matters most isn’t your income level, but your genuine commitment to the work. When you invest in your healing with intention, transformation becomes not just possible - but inevitable.
