Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, but I believe that with the right support, you can tap into your own strengths to move forward with our work together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where we’ll start by talking about what’s going on in your life, what’s working for you, and what isn’t. My goal is to help you identify the steps you can take toward your preferred future, focusing on practical solutions while also honoring the strength already possessed.
