Therapy is a place where you can discovery who you are truly meant to be which takes courage to begin the process. I absolutely love empowering others to be their fullest self and walking yall through the journey. I work well with those who have tried other therapies and are looking for a new perceptive to understanding themselves. I walk with my clients to rediscover who they are and remove the layers that you were conditioned to believe about yourself. All experiences welcomed. I help those looking to understanding how their past is impacting them now without having to relive details of those adverse life events. Client's come to me with depression, anxiety, wanting a better work/ life balance, with a lot of stress, Chronic illnesses/ Pain, discord within their parent/ child relationship and parents wanting to improve their relationship with their children. I offer no charge consultations, It is really important to me you feel comfortable at not charge before you begin.

Approach Description: My approach is compassion and empathy first. Your safety and comfort within session is most important. I create a space where you can begin to feel your most comfortable self. I create a space the is calming and gentle for the therapy environment. My goal is to help you Empower the parts of you that are waiting to come through. Helping you discover your strengths. My focus is on the body, once the body is understood and your specific nervous system/ sensory needs are met then homeostasis within the body is met, thus reducing the intensity severity and frequency of symptoms reduce.

My practice is online . Online therapy has many benefits that can include: include: being in the comfort of your home offers you the ability to connect you space to the healing space we create, you can do you session while in Nature to practice, you have flexibility of where you session can be. Our time together begins with the psychosocial assessment from there we create your treatment plan. Since I have various types of therapy I offer you can let me know what feels best for you. For example: some clients has expressed feeling low energy and wanting a guided meditation and focus on stillness for their session, other clients expressed wanting nature include, other clients have expressed they were not interested in something while expressing what is was they wanted... your preference is always honored... thus always helping you to empower yourself to express your needs.
