I am passionate about helping couples figure out their "communication issues" which are often much more deeply rooted in ways that the partners have not made a connection to yet. Past relationships, hurts from loved ones and/or trauma from childhood or any poor experience may contribute to how one shows up today along with being a black man or woman living in today's world. These are all factors that may contribute to relationship distress and should be addressed.

I primarily work with couples and on relationship issues. I work in the evening which accommodates many working professionals schedules. The goal is to have you leave the first session with an intervention to work on.
