As such, I will support you in helping you to understand your self-defeating beliefs, relationship patterns, and the stories that you tell yourself that create your rules for living. I will help you to challenge and reframe thoughts so that you can live your most empowered life.
I work with cognitive-behavioral, acceptance, and commitment, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) practices to help you manage anxiety and life obstacles. I am also trained in EMDR, which has been proven to be effective in helping those who have experienced trauma.
