Therapy is a unique experience. As such, I work with you to develop treatment goals and strategies that will best work for you. I take the time to get to know you and learn about your history so that we can establish a rapport. I believe that no significant change happens without a significant relationship. Therefore, my goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment for you to feel open to sharing your story.

As such, I will support you in helping you to understand your self-defeating beliefs, relationship patterns, and the stories that you tell yourself that create your rules for living. I will help you to challenge and reframe thoughts so that you can live your most empowered life.
I work with cognitive-behavioral, acceptance, and commitment, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) practices to help you manage anxiety and life obstacles. I am also trained in EMDR, which has been proven to be effective in helping those who have experienced trauma.
