Rosenholtz Counseling and Coaching (He/Him)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Licensed Social Work/Psychotherapist, LCSW, MSW
At Rosenholtz Counseling & Coaching, I provide compassionate care for individuals, couples, and groups who are facing the challenges of infidelity, intimacy struggles, pornography use, and out-of-control sexual behaviors. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing begins with honesty and continues through supportive guidance, practical tools, and a clear path forward.
In addition to individual and couples therapy, I facilitate specialized groups that offer both accountability and encouragement. Group work allows clients to see that they are not alone, while learning from others on a similar journey. These sessions are structured, yet flexible, providing a balance of shared support and professional guidance.
Beyond traditional therapy, I also offer coaching services for clients seeking personal growth, accountability, and strategies to move forward in their relationships and lives. Coaching extends the work of therapy by providing hands-on, goal-focused support for building healthier habits, navigating challenges, and sustaining long-term change.
My approach—rooted in my Feel, Deal & Heal method—integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with compassionate, practical coaching tools. Whether in individual sessions, couples work, or group settings, my goal is to help clients move from pain and confusion toward clarity, connection, and renewal.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
Approach Description: My ideal clients are individuals, couples, or group members who feel stuck in painful cycles of disconnection, secrecy, or out-of-control sexual behaviors. If you’ve found yourself struggling with relational intimacy, wrestling with guilt & shame, or trying to repair the damage in your relationship, I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. I specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed by these challenges find clarity, healing, and a path forward whether from compulsive sexual behaviors or being the victim of infidelity.
My approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I take the time to listen to your story, understand the patterns that have shaped your struggles, and work with you to create practical steps toward healing and growth. I also work directly with those who have been impacted by infidelity, supporting both the injured partner and the relationship as a whole. Together, we’ll uncover not just the behaviors, but the deeper emotional needs and relational patterns underneath them.
With individuals, I help identify triggers, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen your capacity for connection. With couples, I create a safe space where both partners can express their hurt, their hopes, and begin to rebuild trust—step by step. And in groups, I facilitate an environment where you can learn from others who are on a similar journey, offering both accountability and encouragement.
