Approach Description: Since each client is unique, the approach I take to help in the healing process is also unique. First, I listen and explore client needs and goals for treatment. Next, we agree on a treatment approach based on those needs and goals. Primarily I use EMDR, CBT, parts work, inner child, and a variety of adaptations of relaxation mediums.

Trauma Recovery Specialist Practice Description
Trauma Recovery Specialist, LLC was created to help adults dealing with past or current trauma regain their lives and be able to be free from what has happened to them. Recovery is possible even for the most severe cases, and I use a variety of approaches to ensure each client has their unique treatment needs to be met in the best way for them to recover. Sessions are 50 minutes long with 10 minutes at the end of the session for any non-therapy needs such as scheduling or payment updates to be conducted. Payment methods include credit card, HSA account, check, money order, or cash. Office Suites West across from Khol's shopping center in Plainfield on state road 40 is the building to look for and the office is located in Suite 125 on the first floor.
