I completed my three year Professional Certificate program in September 2024 offered by Somatic Experiencing ® (SE™)International. Additionally, I trained as a Trauma Resiliency Life Coach through The Arizona Trauma Training Institute accredited and globally recognized by Trauma Institute International. I have worked with survivors of sexual harm offering crisis counseling as a CA Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Crisis Counselor.
Somatic Experiencing ® (SE™) is a modality developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine. SE™ addresses healing the root of trauma and unresolved stress by working with the nervous system.

I've studied "Hypno-Oncology" enabling me to support patients on their Cancer journey, helping with pain, depression, and the various side effects of Cancer treatment. Studies have shown that Hypnosis can strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, among many other things. I have worked with many clients who had been in therapy for decades and were unable to get relief from their issues only to completely overcome them in one or two sessions of hypnosis. Certainly, in our stressful times hypnosis has become the go to treatment for anxiety of all sorts.
