For many years, I have offered counseling for individuals, as well as for couples, families, and groups, who have suffered from domestic abuse (including narcissistic abuse) or violence. A pioneer in the field of rape and violence as Women's Issues, I have been quoted in numerous articles and books on these subjects, as well as being the author of an article for "Victimology Magazine". I provided the original staff training at the DC Rape Crisis Center and followed up with active support of their counselors. I also worked with the DC Area Women's Center. I testified at the Rape Council Hearings in the 1970's and have been featured in a prime time TV series on rape.
