From the start, I am interested in getting to know you - your story, who you are and what brings you to the space. Sometimes it's difficult to know the answers to those questions, and that's okay too. Sometimes a big part of therapy is working that out. I know how disorienting it can be when life feels heavy or unclear, and having someone alongside you can make a meaningful difference. Together, we can look at the patterns, stories, and past experiences that may be shaping your present, and put language to the things that have stayed in the shadows. A significant part of my work involves strengthening your relationship with yourself. This often touches on how you navigate closeness, boundaries, identity, and the ways you’ve learned to cope or protect yourself in relationships. My therapeutic style draws from psychodynamic perspectives, person-centred values, and parts work, and is grounded in curiosity, respect, and compassion.  

Through my extensive cultural knowledge gained from working with patients worldwide, I offer a unique perspective and approach to therapy. I recently co-authored a self-help book titled "Essence of Life" based on 16 guidelines in which I hold certification, further showcasing my expertise in the field. Whether working with clients virtually or in person, I provide a high-quality, personalized experience to help individuals navigate their mental health journey effectively.
