I am certified in trauma focused cognitive/behavioral therapy, and trained in grief assessment, EMDR therapy, as a SYMBIS facilitator and a chemical dependency specialist, Currently I am accepting adolescents (16) and older. I enjoy the interaction and growth that occurs through empowering you, the client, to make your own choices and become your most authentic self.

Treatment Approach
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
Approach Description: I use an integrative approach to therapy with my clients based on their needs and goals. In person clients can access EMDR for trauma healing, whereas the other approaches are available either in person or online.
