Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, OCD, or past trauma? You don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can build on your strengths, find clarity, and create practical tools to bring calm, confidence, and hope back into your life.
I have been practicing since 2008, specializing in OCD, anxiety, and trauma. I take a strength-based approach, helping clients recognize and build on their existing resilience. I am trained in Inference-Based CBT (iCBT), Exposure Therapy (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR, giving me a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to your needs.
My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.

I offer online counseling to meet client needs without the restrains that can come with having to make it to an office environment. I have dedicated myself to learning evidence based treatment practices to best meet my client needs, and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to get to know each other a bit, and see if I am the right fit for you. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have, and talk about the process of starting your counseling journey. I am also licensed as an LPCC in New Mexico.
