I provide therapy to individuals across the lifespan, offering a compassionate and culturally competent space for healing and growth. What keeps me committed to this work is seeing those meaningful moments when clients gain clarity, feel truly understood, or recognize their own resilience. Supporting people through trauma, anxiety, and substance use challenges is work I approach with steady care and respect. I value showing up with honesty, curiosity, and a calm presence, and I’m grateful to play a supportive role as clients strengthen their confidence and move toward lives that feel more grounded and authentic. Additionally my task-trained therapy dog brings a calming, grounding presence to sessions and often helps clients feel more at ease as they do difficult work.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
Approach Description: I’m drawn to this field because I truly value those moments when clients begin to understand themselves in new ways, reconnect with their strengths, and feel a greater sense of possibility. My goal is to show up with steadiness, curiosity, and genuine care as we work together toward meaningful change. In addition, it's vital to me that I stay up to date with the most current research.

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined. Maybe you’re navigating a season of overwhelming stress, a painful breakup or divorce, constant anxiety, or a depression that’s slowly draining your energy. Maybe you’re struggling with trauma you’ve carried for years, a faith crisis that shook your foundation, relationship issues you can’t seem to fix, or life transitions that feel heavier than they should. And maybe there are moments you’ve even wondered if things will ever get better.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.
At our practice, we specialize in helping people through the moments that feel impossible. We work with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, suicidal thoughts, faith transitions, work stress, and major life changes. And we do it in a way that’s compassionate, practical, and personalized to your unique story.
Whether you’re meeting with a therapist online from anywhere in Utah or in person at our Utah locations, our team is highly trained, deeply supportive, and committed to helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered.
When you step into therapy with us, you’ll be deeply heard and gently guided. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, rebuild emotional resilience, and help you feel more grounded and in control. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we combine evidence-based modalities—CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and IFS—to create a treatment plan that truly fits you.
Whether you’re working to heal trauma, manage anxiety, overcome depression, improve your relationships, or simply find your way through a difficult season, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
This is where things start to shift. You’ve already taken the hardest step—now let’s take the next one together.
