Treatment Approach
- Developmental Therapy Looks at how childhood and developmental experiences affect current challenges. It aims to repair unmet needs and foster healthy growth.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
Approach Description: My diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services integrate the theories of Developmental and Family Systems approaches. For assessments, tools are used to measure current performance abilities and compare them to developmental norms. Recommendations are based on strengths and weaknesses to guide interventions assisting the achievement of the client's unique goals. Clinically informed therapy may be provided individually or with the family. Developmental and Family Systems theories assist me in creating a treatment plan that supports the client in achieving their goals.

I am a Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Psychologist who performs independent and specialized clinical services in an outpatient setting. I accept several private medical insurances to ensure that my practice offers interventions to a wide range of individuals. I provide comprehensive psychological assessments for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, Depression, and Personality strengths and weaknesses. Therapeutically, I work with individuals between the ages of 8 and 70 years old and their families. With over 30 years of experience in the field of psychology, I have dedicated my career in providing research-based diagnostic assessments and interventions to my clients. Since 1995, I have collaborated with clients to build communication strategies, enhance tools for emotional regulation, and strengthen organizational skills. I earned my bachelor’s in Psychology from Holy Family University in 1995, my master’s in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 1997, and my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2016. In 2024, I completed the certification for an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
