I first came to therapy as a client after turning 30, getting divorced, and watching my business fall apart. Therapy helped me through one of the hardest times of my life, and it’s deeply meaningful to support others navigating their own transitions. We’ll be a good fit if you value humor, a straightforward, no-BS approach, and are open to doing real work.

Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
Approach Description: My style is active, direct, and practical. I offer clear feedback and concrete strategies, while also orienting our work toward meaning and purpose. I specialize in trauma therapy, including focused memory processing, as well as treatment for screen-related addictions (gaming, phones, porn). Clients are often surprised by how much can shift after treatment.

I work mostly with men who are decent, well-intentioned people but feel emotionally lost or disconnected—from relationships, work, or themselves. Many come to me later in life, after a painful relationship, burning out, or the realization that long-standing patterns aren’t working anymore. They’re thoughtful and capable, but often blocked, overwhelmed, or stuck in avoidance—frequently coping through screens, work, or distraction rather than dealing with what's underneath. Many of my clients are artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, and other creatives on nonlinear paths. They may not feel fully “ready,” but are curious enough to try.
