Welcome! I work with individuals, couples and groups across a wide variety of issues, including marriage and relationship counseling, trauma, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, anxiety, and depression. I use mindfulness-based approaches rooted in the Hakomi Method with a focus on attachment and internal family systems. I have an informal style balanced between validating and warm as well as sharp and challenging. I will hold you accountable and help you develop your psychological weaknesses while building up your confidence in your strengths. I offer a free 30-minute consultation.

Treatment Approach
- Contemplative Psychotherapy Combines mindfulness and meditation practices with modern psychology. It encourages awareness and compassion as part of the healing process.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Hakomi Method A mindfulness-based approach that helps clients notice unconscious patterns in their body and mind. It emphasizes compassion and non-judgment.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: I consider myself a versatile mental health professional and have a variety of approaches to working with my clients. We will develop mindfulness and interpersonal skills, explore non-ordinary state of consciousness as well as heal past trauma. Rather than follow a prescriptive model, I like to allow the present moment to unfold and guide our work.
