I primarily offer online therapy for individuals, couples, and families throughout New Jersey. Virtual sessions provide a flexible and effective way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Many clients find that online therapy allows them to be more consistent, focused, and integrated in the therapeutic process. For clients who prefer meeting in person, in-person sessions are also available through the practice. Both online and in-person therapy offer the same level of care, attentiveness, and relational focus. We can discuss your preferences and determine the format that best supports your needs and goals.
