I'm trained in EMDR, Ego State Therapy, and parts work, with a psychodynamic foundation that helps us understand not just what happened, but how it lives in you now. I work with adults navigating CPTSD, PTSD, dissociation, toxic shame, anxiety, depression, phobias, and relational patterns shaped by early attachment wounds — including those meeting criteria for borderline personality disorder.
