There's a part of you that has been managing, achieving, and holding it together for a long time. And it's tired. Not in a way that a vacation fixes — tired in a way that makes you wonder why the things that are supposed to feel good still feel like work.
I offer Integrated IFS and EMDR for people who are done with surface-level and ready to understand what's actually driving the patterns. Intensive formats from a single deep-dive session to multi-day immersions let us do in hours what weekly therapy can take years to reach.
This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about understanding the parts that have been in the way and finally giving them a reason to step back.

Treatment Approach
- Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychodrama A group therapy that uses role-play and dramatization to process emotions. It helps clients gain perspective and release tension.
- Sandplay Therapy Uses sand trays and miniature figures to allow symbolic expression. It is especially helpful for children and trauma survivors.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach is rooted in the belief that symptoms: like burnout, anxiety, or relational conflict, are the messengers, not the enemy. By integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) with EMDR and Somatic Therapy, we address the mind-body connection to unburden old traumas. For couples and parents, I incorporate IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out/an IFS approach to couples therapy) and Gottman Method principles to ensure that the internal shifts you make are reflected in your most vital relationships. We don’t just manage symptoms; we reorganize the internal system so that 'Self-leadership' becomes your default mode.

My practice is built for the client who is self-aware, intelligent, and still stuck. They can tell you exactly what's wrong. They've often tried therapy before. And something still hasn't shifted.
That's not a them problem. It's a format problem.
Traditional weekly therapy has its place — but 50 minutes once a week rarely gives the nervous system enough time to settle, open, and actually move. That's why the core of my work is therapy intensives: extended sessions and multi-day retreats that use an integrated IFS and EMDR approach to go beneath the surface of what's keeping someone stuck.
Anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, trauma — these aren't problems to eliminate. They're parts of a system that learned to protect you. When those parts feel understood rather than managed, things start to shift in ways that years of trying harder never could.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I also serve as an adjunct provider for clients already in therapy with another clinician — offering focused intensive work to break through a specific plateau, process a particular memory or pattern, or accelerate progress when weekly sessions have hit a ceiling. Referrals from other providers are always welcome.
If you're a therapist looking for a trusted intensive specialist to work alongside your clients, or a client who's ready to stop scratching the surface — this is that place.
