Hello, I am Dr. Deb. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating important life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of themselves, often related to anxiety, depression, identity concerns, family-of-origin issues, or relationship challenges. As a woman of color and a first-generation college graduate, my lived experiences shape the way I show up in the therapy space. I bring a multicultural, compassionate lens and strive to create an environment where you feel seen, respected, and understood.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your values, needs, and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices to help you build self-awareness, develop practical tools, and take meaningful steps forward. Together, we will untangle unhelpful patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for healing. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered. I offer a free consultation to help you determine if we are a good fit and to explore how I can support you. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
