Jade at We Tackle Trauma Practice Details

Therapy Sessions Jade at We Tackle Trauma Practice Description
I bring a creative open and dynamic growth mindset to my practice, this is combined with warmth and humour. Of course some sometimes there is a need to be solemn or serious, and at these points I work with tact and sensitivity. My wider interests include being a musicians (singer and guitarist), yoga and somatic practices. I combine these with training in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed practice, and person-centred strength-based interventions; to co-create your therapy journey in a way that is best aligned to your needs and requirements. If you are looking for a therapist who understands diversity, then I'd be a great fit. I love working with an intersectional lens, and I am well experienced in working with individuals from CaLD, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. I myself am the grandchild of British migrants (Jamaican and Grenada Caribbean, Cypriot, and Irish), who now has lived experience of undertaking her own migrant journey.
