I believe that the work we do with others is deeply influenced by the work we are willing to do within ourselves. My own healing journey has profoundly shaped the therapist I am today. I have experienced my own process of moving through old patterns, becoming more deeply connected to myself, learning to listen to my body and intuition, and discovering that healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about coming home to who we truly are. I consider myself both a therapist and an intuitive healer and guide. I bring my clinical training and professional experience together with a deep trust in intuition, the wisdom of the body, and the idea that there is often more happening beneath the surface than what we can immediately see or explain. I pay attention not only to what you tell me, but also to what I sense may be asking for attention within the therapeutic space.
My hope is that you feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted when you are with me. You do not need to have the right words, understand exactly what is wrong, or arrive with everything figured out. We can begin wherever you are.
I feel honored to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and transformative chapters of their lives. I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers, but rather as someone who can help you listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom and reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know the way forward.

Approach Description: My approach to therapy is holistic, trauma-informed, and deeply relational, recognizing that healing involves the mind, body, emotions, nervous system, and the relationships we have with ourselves and others. I believe that symptoms often have a deeper story and that meaningful healing involves exploring the underlying experiences, beliefs, protective patterns, and emotional wounds that may be contributing to what you are experiencing today. Rather than focusing solely on changing thoughts or managing symptoms, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and create a greater sense of safety within their bodies and nervous systems. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with somatic, experiential, attachment-based, and mind-body approaches, allowing therapy to move beyond intellectual understanding into a more embodied experience of healing. I am also an intuitive therapist and healer, and I bring this intuitive perspective into my work by paying attention to what may be emerging beneath the surface and helping clients connect with their own inner wisdom and intuition. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is not to tell you who you should be or how you should heal, but to help you uncover what is already within you. I approach each client as a whole person rather than a diagnosis, honoring the uniqueness of their history, needs, strengths, and healing process. I also believe that healing is not linear and that lasting change often requires compassion for the parts of ourselves that developed protective patterns in order to survive. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be seen honestly, explore what lies beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself without judgment. Ultimately, I see therapy as a journey from survival toward greater self-trust, embodied safety, authenticity, and wholeness.

I believe that healing is about more than simply learning how to cope with symptoms. It is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself. Many of the people I work with have spent years adapting to stress, trauma, relationships, or life experiences in ways that once helped them survive but may no longer be serving them. They may understand themselves intellectually, yet still feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, disconnection, relationship difficulties, or feeling overwhelmed by their emotions and bodies.
My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the understanding that our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies, nervous systems, emotions, and relationships. Rather than asking you to simply talk about what is happening, I often help clients slow down and become curious about what is happening underneath the surface. Together, we explore the beliefs, protective patterns, emotional experiences, and relational wounds that may be contributing to the struggles you are experiencing today.
I work from a trauma-informed, integrative perspective and draw from somatic, attachment-based, experiential, and mind-body approaches. I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, understood without judgment, and supported in developing greater self-trust.
My goal is not to change who you are. It is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become disconnected along the way. Through our work together, you can begin to feel more grounded in yourself, more connected to your emotions and needs, and less controlled by old patterns of survival.
You do not have to wait until you have everything figured out before beginning therapy. If you are feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by your emotions, or simply know that something needs to change, therapy can be a place to begin. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you develop a deeper sense of safety, self-trust, and wholeness.
